Swedish Massage uses long, gliding strokes and gentle-to-medium pressure to increase circulation and induce relaxation. It will help to decrease muscle toxins and improve flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. Because the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots, it is also a more focused type of massage.

Although often referred to as a form of massage, shiatsu is a form of energy work that balances the energy pathways in the body.
Benefits include reduction of stress, reduction of muscle stiffness, stimulation of blood and lymph flow, support of healthy body and brain function, and assisting of the body’s natural healing process. Shiatsu is done on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. Please wear loose clothing to allow stretching.

REFLEXOLOGY IS the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hand, and/or ears that correspond to organs and systems of the body. This is a gentle modality that allows the body to achieve balance and is a great stress and pain reliever.
Reflexology Massage-50 minutes-$40
Thai massage aims to harmonize the body by loosening energy blockages. The therapist works on the major meridians SEN (energy lines), which run throughout the body. Stretching of the joints, tendons and muscles increases mobility, blood circulation and flexibility.
